This offer is valid when a REALTOR® of Texas Realty Consultants is the exclusive buyer’s agent and is contingent upon Texas Realty Consultants, or any agent thereof, receiving a commission from the transaction.

The Equity Rebate amount is directly deducted from the buyer agent's commission and will appear as a credit to the buyer AT CLOSING. Purchaser agrees to inform the lender of the Equity Rebate during formal loan application.

Equity rebate amounts are calculated as follows:
- New Construction: 1% (one percent) of the base price of the home as defined by the builder (typically does not include charges for upgrades or lot premiums, or other financed options)
- Existing Homes: 0.5% (one-half of one percent) of the sales price.
